Learn how to apply for CorpPass with CSP
Use the Apply for CorpPass service request to apply for CorpPass with CSP. The company must be enrolled on the CSP platform in order to request this service.
For this request, you will be required to:
- Select an existing director for CorpPass application
- Make a payment
How to Start
You can start the Apply for CorpPass request at any time from the New Request page. The service request is a part of the Company Administration Services category.

Step-by-step Instructions
Submit Request Step
On this step, you are required to make your selection of the director for the CorpPass application.
Instructions
The Instructions section will provide you with guidance on what is required from you at each step of the service request.
Company Information
For your reference, your Company Name, UEN, and ACRA Business Profile are displayed in this section. You can download your ACRA Business Profile by clicking on the icon.
To view the full company profile and all associated documents for all your companies that are enrolled on CSP, select the My Companies link in the left navigation menu.
Directors
The Directors section displays the list of all client assigned directors of your Singapore company. Select no more than one director for your CorpPass application.
Click on any row to expand the main information on a director that will be used during the CorpPass registration. If you wish to apply with a different email ID, please specify the details to a staff using the Messages section, and SUBMIT the request. Note, the new email ID will be used for CorpPass purposes only, and the existing email ID will not be replaced.
CorpPass for a person that is not associated with the company
If you need to register a CorpPass for a person that is not associated with the company you can select the checkbox on 'Register for a CorpPass a person that is not associated with the company and provide the following information:
- Full Name of the person to be registered;
- Email of this person;
- ID Type;
- ID Number;
- Nationality;
- Passport/NRIC document.
Staff Attachments Section
The staff member may attach documents for your reference, or examples of documents that you need to provide. These files will be displayed in the Staff Attachments section. To view the document in your browser, simply click on its name.
Client Attachments Section
The Client Attachments section will be displayed if the staff member has asked you to attach any document(s). Review the instructions from the staff member in the Messages section.
Click the ADD button to attach a document.

Service Fees
Based on your needs, the staff member will communicate the applicable charges. The Service Fees section will display a breakdown of all the applicable charges.
Billing Details
This section displays the billing information of your company for your reference.
Bill To field will be populated with your company name and the Billing Address with the registered address of your Singapore company.
The information from the Billing Details section is used for the proforma invoice during your payment.

Review Request Step
After you submit the request, the staff member will review the information you provided. The staff member will answer your questions (or provide additional instructions) in the Messages section. Learn more about how to communicate with the staff member in CSP. If the staff member requires any clarifications, the request will be assigned to you. You will be notified by email when the request is assigned back to you.
You can also monitor progress of the Request from your dashboard.
Once all the necessary information has been received the request will be assigned to you and moved to the Make Payment step.
Make Payment Step
On this step, you will be required to make a payment for this service request.
Refer to the Service Fees section to see a breakdown of the service fee. In the Billing Details section, the automatically generated proforma invoice for this payment will be attached.

Register for CorpPass Step
Staff applies for CorpPass with the given data and completes the necessary fields on the form.
Service Clarifications
You may be assigned with this step during the CorpPass registration in case a staff requires additional information.
A new section will be displayed.
Registration Details
This section will list registration date, the CorpPass account credentials that you applied with, and the CorpPass Acknowledgement document, uploaded by staff.
Close Workflow
The service request is complete and is ready to be closed. A staff reviews the entire information provided in this workflow, verifies payment and the obtained results.
Service Complete Step
The CorpPass account has been granted by the appropriate regulatory authority, and this service request is now ready to be closed.
You may download any attached documents for your reference.
If you have any questions, use the Messages section to communicate with the staff member. Click the REQUEST CLARIFICATION button to send the request back to the staff.
If you are satisfied with the services rendered, click the COMPLETED button. If no action is taken, this request will automatically be marked as completed in 5 days. Completed service requests are shown in the Completed Requests section.
