On CSP, you can start a service request to complete one service which you need, or you can start a subscription. Subscription is an automatic repeating of a service request every period that a service requires. For example, Annual Company Secretarial Service is an annual subscription, and this service request automatically repeats every year.

What are Subscriptions

Subscriptions are service requests on CSP, which repeat automatically every period of time, that is required for a certain service. Subscriptions can repeat annually (every year) or quarterly (every three months).

To subscribe to a service, simply start a service request that is a subscription. You will know it by the name of the request: if it is Annual or Quarterly service, then it is a subscription. You can also subscribe when incorporating your company with CSP, through the Incorporation Inquiry request. On the first step of this request, you will be requested to state which additional services you would need us to provide for your company. Another way to start a subscription is to contact our service team and provide your needs. The service team will provide you with the necessary assistance and will start the request for you.

The service to which you subscribe will be valid during its period. At the end of the period, you will have to renew your subscription to continue using the service. We will notify you by email when the end of the period is approaching.

You will not be charged for a subscription automatically. The payment due for this service request will be automatically added to the list of Service Requests Waiting for Payment on the My Payments page.

How to View Subscriptions

To view subscriptions:

1. Go to My Inbox page on the left navigation.
2. Subscriptions section will display a list of all your current subscriptions.

How to Renew a Subscription

To renew a subscription, simply make a payment for it. By the end date of the subscription, its payment due will be automatically added to the list of Service Requests Waiting for Payment on the My Payments page. Pay for it to renew the subscription.
