How to Use Service Requests
Learn how Service Requests are used to do work within CSP
How Service Requests Work
Within CSP, all work is done through Service Requests. Each request consists of a number of predefined, consecutive, and separately executed Steps, which are assigned to the client or members of the staff team. When the assignee completes a step, the request is moved to the next step. This process repeats until the work on the request is completed.
Likely you already have the first requestHowever, if for some reason you don't have a request yet, you can start a new request by following this instruction .
It's not possible to start a new request other than 'General Inquiry' if your first request isn't completed.
