Learn how to get help or ask questions in the Corporate Services Platform

There are several ways in which you can obtain help when you are using CSP. This article will describe each of them.

Help Center

In the Help Center, you will find comprehensive documentation and guides on every service request and functionality available on the platform. Since you are reading this article, you have already discovered the CSP Help Center.

You can access this portal from the CSP, by selecting the Help Center option in the left navigation menu or from the HELP dropdown menu in the title bar as shown below.

The Help Center provides comprehensive information about CSP, its features, service requests available within CSP, and various "How to" guides. You can use either (see alt text) the Table of Contents to navigate through various topics or (see alt text) the Search feature in the top bar or at the Help Center home page.

Send message to Staff

If you have any questions, you can always send messages to our staff from the ‘My Inbox’ page. This is the best option for resolving your specific questions in a timely manner. Read more on how to Send and Read Messages.

Other Contact options

You can call us by phone or on WhatsApp. To find our number:

  1. Click on HELP at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select Contact Us from the drop-down.
  3. A How can we help? popup will appear. Use our WhatsApp number to call us or write us a message.

You can reach our staff during Singapore working hours of 9 am to 6 pm from Monday through Friday by calling us by phone or WhatsApp at the following number.

By Email

We do not encourage the use of email. Instead, we recommend that you use the messaging features of CSP to communicate with us. If you are unable to do that for some reason, you can reach us by email at the following address.

Please keep in mind that the CSP Messaging features are the primary means we communicate with clients; our response time to emails may not be as fast as if you were to use these features.

In-person Visit

It is unlikely that you will have to visit our office to support any of your questions. However, if you are in Singapore and would like to meet your account executives in person, please visit us at the address below during our office hours (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Singapore time). We encourage you to schedule your visit beforehand.
