Learn how to Verify the Identify of Signatory

To eliminate fraud, each signatory must verify their identity before their electronic signatures will be accepted on CSP.

If you are a new signatory, you will need to complete the ID verification. This process is done once and is not required for future e-signing requests.

Alongside your first E-signing request you will receive an email from Corporate Services with the subject Action Required: Please verify your identity, similar to the one shown below.

This email will contain instructions. These instructions will direct you to schedule an in-person meeting with our staff in the office or via the call on Zoom.

Visit our Office

If you are present in Singapore, you can visit our office. Please schedule an appointment by following the appropriate link in the email before visiting the office to ensure prompt service. Our office hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, except for public holidays

You can arrange an appointment with our team during the working hours shown by selecting the available date and time in the calendar from the link in the email.

Our staff will confirm the identity through the Zoom video call. On the video call, you will be asked to show the identification document and the address proof document submitted for you as part of the application. A staff member must confirm that you are the same person as shown on the identification document. The staff person may ask you some questions and record a snapshot or video of the session to document the verification.

The entire process should take approximately 5-10 minutes. Once you have completed the verification, you can proceed with signing the documents.
