Payment Method Options

You can add funds to the payment Payment Account of your company with a credit card, a cheque, or a bank transfer.

This article will explain how you can add funds to your Payment Account by sending a bank transfer (also known as a wire transfer).

How to Pay with a Bank Transfer

1. After you click on the PAY NOW button on the My Payments page, you will see the following popup. To pay by bank transfer, select PAY BY CHEQUE OR BANK TRANSFER.

2. You will be directed to the Other Payment Options page, as shown below.

3. Select the Pay by Bank Transfer radio button, and you will see the figure below.

4. You should review the information provided above and send the bank transfer to the listed account. The wire transfer amount must be equal to or more than the minimum required for your selected service requests.

What address should you mail the cheque to?

Mail your cheque to the address provided in the above form. Please make sure you enter the address exactly as specified to ensure prompt processing. For your reference, the address is:

4. Please complete the information about your transfer that is in the above form and click SUBMIT.

5. You will see a Thank you for your payment popup as shown below. After receiving your wire transfer, we will apply it to the service requests you had selected and notify you by email. If you sent an amount more than what was required for the selected service requests, we would add the remainder to the Current Balance for your company's Payment Account. You can check your current balance at any time.

How long does it take to process the wire?

Wires from a Singapore bank account usually take a working day to process. Overseas wires can take longer, sometimes as long as 2-3 days. Please note that we will proceed with your service request only after the bank has cleared the cheque. If you need fast processing, we recommend that you pay by Credit Card.
