Upload and Manage Documents
Learn how to upload and manage documents within CSP
As part of a service request, you may be required to upload one or more documents. Similarly, we may also provide documents that you may have to download. You upload or download a document from document fields. This article will explain in detail how to work with a document field in a Service Request Form.

Upload a Document
Single Document Section
- On a service request form of some request, you may see a field for a single document upload like in the example below.
- To upload the document, click on the cloud icon with an arrow pointed upwards . In a popup that will appear, select the document that you wish to upload from your computer. The document will be uploaded.
Restrictions on uploaded documents
You can upload a PDF, image (JPG, PNG, etc.) or a document (DOC, DOCX, .XLS, etc). The maximum size of the uploaded file is 20 MB.
- After a document is successfully uploaded, you will see its name in the document field.
Multiple Documents Section
- In a service request, you may be requested to upload one or a few documents in a multiple documents upload section. It will look similarly as on the figure below.
2 Click ADD to attach your file. A new window titled Add New Client Attachments will be displayed.
3. Enter the name of the file in the Document Title field.
4. Click on the cloud icon to upload the document.
5. Click SAVE or SAVE AND ADD NEW if you need to upload more documents, or CANCEL to discard your changes in the current window.
Download a Document
When a document is present in a document field, an additional cloud icon will appear with an arrow pointed downwards . Click this icon to download the document on your computer.
After the service request is complete, you can find most of the attached documents on the Company's Profile page.
View a Document
You can view a document online without downloading it. This is a useful feature as it saves time. If you wish to view a document that is in a document field, simply click on it. The document will open in the browser in an appropriate viewer. Of course, you can always download and then view the document.
Remove a Document
To remove a document from a document field, click on a remove icon that looks like a circle with a minus sign in it. This icon will be visible only when you are allowed to remove the document.
