In the Corporate Services Platform changes that you make on any request page are not saved automatically.
To save changes that you made on the request page you can click on the 'SAVE' button (see pic. below).
You can click on the 'SUBMIT' button to save changes and move the request to the next step (see pic. below).
Unsaved changes due to Session Time-out
After being inactive for more than 1 hour, you will be logged out of the system for security reasons. If you wouldn't save changes before this timeout, the unsaved changes will not get saved.
If after saving the form you still face issues with saving information, communicating with staff or contact support.
