You can add funds to the Payment Account of your company with a credit card, a cheque, or a bank transfer.

This article will explain how you can add funds by sending a bank cheque.

How to Pay with a Cheque

  1. After you click on the PAY NOW button on the My Payments page, you will see the following popup. To pay by cheque, select PAY BY CHEQUE OR BANK TRANSFER.

  1. You will be directed to the Other Payment Options page, as shown below.

  1. Select the Pay by Cheque radio button, and you will see the figure below.

What address should you mail the cheque to?

To ensure that you mail the check to the correct address, make sure to only use the address from sg.corporateservices.com by following the steps described above.

  1. You should write a check; the check amount must be equal to or more than the minimum required for your selected service requests. Mail the cheque to the address shown in the above form.

  2. Complete the information requested in the above form and click SUBMIT.

  1. You will see a Thank you for your payment popup as below. After we receive your cheque and process it, we will apply it to the service requests you selected and notify you by email. If you send an amount that was more than what was required for the selected service requests, we will add the remainder to the Current Balance of your company's Payment Account. You can check your current balance at any time.

FAQ:

How long does it take to clear the cheque?

Cheques are written on a Singapore bank account usually take 3-5 working days to process. Overseas cheques can take longer, sometimes as long as 6 weeks. Please note that we will proceed with your service request only after the bank has cleared the cheque. If you need fast processing, we recommend that you Pay by Credit Card or Pay by Bank Transfer.

If I send payment by cheque or bank transfer, how will I be notified when CSP receives my payment?

We will notify you by email when we receive your cheque or bank transfer amount. We will apply the payment to the appropriate service requests and immediately start working on your service request(s) that were paid for.
