Change Login ID

Watch this video to see how to change your email ID for login into the CSP.

To change your login email:

1. Log in to the Corporate Services Platform.
2. Click on My Account in the left navigation menu.
3. You will be redirected to your profile page, as shown below.

4. Click on the icon close to the Email Address field (see pic. above).
5. In the opened 'Change Login Id' window, enter your new name and click the 'OK' button (see pic. below).

6. You will receive the following email from the CSP system (see pic. below).

7. Click on the 'confirm new login id' link to confirm the new email address.
   Your email address is now changed.
