Update Mail Handling Instructions

Learn how to Update Mail Handling Instructions in CSP

On our platform, you can order the Registered Address service for your company and select preferences on how Mails sent to your Singapore company should be handled.

The instructions for how incoming mails should be handled and how you should be notified can be set up and changed in the 'Update Mail Handling Instructions' request.

How to Start

You can start the Update Mail Handling Instructions request at any time from the New Request page. Expand the Company Administration Services category to find the Update Mail Handling Instructions in the full list of service requests.

On the 'Provide Preferences' step of the 'Update Mail Handling Instructions' request, you will see current preferences in the 'Current Mail Handling Instructions' section.

Instruction

In the 'New Mail Handling Instructions' section, you will need to provide information:

  • Who should be notified once mail(s) are received for your Singapore company. Such as Contact Name, Mobile, and Email (see picture below).

  • Select if upon receiving mail(s), the person above should be notified only or also sent a PDF scan of the mail items (see picture below).

  • Select preference for how collected mails should be forwarded. If they should only be collected, or should they should be forwarded monthly via courier or regular post (see picture below).

  • Provide an address where mails should be sent (see picture below).

Submit the request. A staff member will carefully review the information you provided. If anything is not clear, he may ask you questions. When everything will be in order, the staff member will confirm the changes and close the request.

You can monitor progress of the Request.
