Navigating in CSP

Learn how to navigate on the Corporate Services Platform

Watch this video to see how to navigate on our platform. Here are a few tips to get started using the CSP.

The interface of the Corporate Services Platform is divided into three main regions:

Left Navigation Menu

You will always see the Left Navigation Menu on the left side of the CSP User Interface. It contains links to various features available to you on CSP. You will be able to access it any time from anywhere on CSP.

Your Left Navigation menu may look different

The Left Navigation menu is dynamically generated based on your role and the status of your requests within the CSP platform. As a result, at any given time, you may see additional or fewer menu options than the ones described below.

The left navigation menu contains quick links to most key features of the platform:

  • Dashboard - allows you quick access to active requests, companies, and payments.
  • My Inbox - allows you to track ongoing service requests, read and send messages.
  • My Payments - allows you to make manage payments and view invoices.
  • My Companies - allows you to view the up-to-date information on any of your companies.
  • New Request - allows you to start a new service request.
  • Mail Delivery - allows you to see a report for mail services.
  • Admin - allows you to add, edit, and deactivate users associated with your company.
  • My Account - allows you to edit information and preferences for your profile.
  • Service Team - allows you to get familiar with the team of professionals who are working on your service requests.
  • Help Center - allows you to receive help through a support forum and detailed user documentation.

Top bar

The 'Top bar' will always be visible on the top of the CSP User Interface. You can access it at any time from anywhere on CSP.

  1. The title of the top bar shows what page you opened. In the pic. below you can see that the user is located on the 'Dashboard' page.

  1. In the top bar, you can click the ‘HELP’ button, to open the drop-down list of available help pages (see pic. below):

  • Quick Start - button will open a video with a general overview of the platform.
  • Help Center - will redirect to the Help Center, with comprehensive information about CSP, and its "How to" guides (read more here).
  • Notifications - will display you all of the acknowledged notifications previously shown upon the login.
  • Contact us - button will open a pop-up window with our contact information (see more here).
  • Version - will open a window with a platform version and release date information.

  1. You can access and change your Profile Information (such as name, email, etc) by clicking on your profile picture (read more here here).

Content area

The Content area is the section of the platform where most of the action occurs. Depending on the page you open, here you will review the information, enter relevant data, submit forms, communicate, and so on.
